BLACKBADGE does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this program.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Permissions & Device Access

a. Camera & Files

We may request access to your device camera and image files to:

  • Upload identification documents
  • Verify driver or customer credentials
  • Upload trip-related documentation

b. Contacts

Contact access is requested only for emergency features when enabled by the user. We do not store or share contact data without user consent.

c. Phone State

Used solely for account verification and secure authentication purposes.

4. Location Information

a. Foreground Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

Used to:

  • Enable accurate pickup and drop-off
  • Provide real-time trip tracking
  • Improve service accuracy and safety

b. Background Location (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION)

Used only during active trips to:

  • Track ride progress
  • Ensure safety and service reliability

We do not sell or share location data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
